ERICC Payment information and Memo

To new students and those interested in studying at ERICC College,

This document is drafted to provide detailed payment information to students and payment dates for
when your tuition must be paid.

 

Payment Instructions

Payments must be made by authorized cheque or via E-Transfer, we do not take payments in cash nor
will we ask you to pay in cash.

 

Paying by check

You must come in person and present the cheque to our staff, we do not accept mail in cheques. It
must be properly signed and dated, if a cheque results in an NSF fee you will be billed for any fees on
the schools account in addition to your tuition balance. 

 

Paying by E-Transfer

Payments by e-transfer will be done to the following email address: el*************@***il.com .
Please make sure that the email is copied exactly as shown and does not have any extra spaces,
numbers, or symbols. When sending the E-Transfer make sure to include the following information in
the Notes section, especially if you are not the one sending the payment: First Name – Last Name –
Student Number – Program – Starting month and year. This will make processing your fee receipt
faster and make finding your payment easier.

 

Payment Dates

Payments are to be made in 4 installments maximum. The payment dates will be relative to the
STARTING DATE of your course.

 

The first payment must be submitted by the first day the course begins.

 

The second payment must be submitted on the 27th of the starting month.

 

The third payment must be submitted on the 27th of the 2nd month from the starting date.

 

The fourth payment must be done bye the 27th of the 3rd month from the starting date.
